The platform includes a ‘Safe Drop Confirmation’ feature, which requires
female employees receiving late-night drop-offs to confirm their safe arrival. If the employee does not confirm via the app, the system sends an SMS, followed by a call. If there is still no response, the system escalates the situation to the transport team and the employee’s reporting manager.
