The pandemic has demystified the pro-cess of working from home and a lot of organisations are now transitioning to a hybrid model way of working which combines remote work and office collaboration. The technological changes especially during and post the COVID world are becoming a deep cultural norm for us as we are witnessing transformation in every as-pect of our work -the way we perform our tasks and how we effectively communicate with people across the globe. When the pandemic hit the world, we were aware that the future viability of any organisation will rely on their ability to manage the digital transition rapidly and effectively. It has become imperative for organisations to focus on digital infrastructure and re-think their tech-nological capabilities to ensure a hassle-free adaption to a hybrid working environment. The innovation and collaboration happen when peo-ple meet. Hybrid meetings bring a part of the workforce together physically and enable easier virtual collabora-tion with remote team members.
