Accenture has finalized its acquisition of Openstream Holdings and its subsidiaries, Open Stream and Neutral, to assist clients in reinventing their businesses through sophisticated
digital technologies and becoming genuinely data-driven.
The acquisition, announced on May 17, 2024, will add about 1,000 cloud and other
digital specialists to Accenture's cloud, digital engineering, and manufacturing teams. They will boost Accenture's ability to assist clients with system and application modernization, as well as the adoption of cloud, data, AI, and IoT technologies. They will also help Accenture grow its company by offering a strong client portfolio and automation solutions across the whole product value chain, from procurement and production to logistics and after-sales service.
