60% of Manufacturers to Adopt Generative AI for Skill Acceleration by 2027

About sixty percent of worldwide manufacturers are expected to utilize generative AI as a means to assist individuals in acquiring skills more rapidly by 2027, as stated at the annual conference of the World Economic Forum (WEF). The report also mentioned that to address the increasing deficit of skilled workers, the technology will gather the knowledge of retiring staff and pass it on to the upcoming workforce.

The effect is even more significant when AI is merged with digital twins. The options range from monitoring and enhancing performance to developing more lifelike simulations and generating accurate forecasts.

As technology enhances industries' intelligence, the worldwide productivity gap will diminish, leading to increased opportunities. That's precisely what occurred in the IT industry; it was previously the case that a single IT administrator handled 1,000 tickets. Today, due to digitalization, they are able to serve 100,000. It does not decrease IT jobs, and our productivity is improved.
