Biz Technology collaborates with New Charter Technologies

Business Technology Solutions, Inc. (BTS), a managed IT service provider based in Mooresville, North Carolina, has joined New Charter Technologies, a portfolio company of Palo Alto-based private equity firm Oval Partners. Business-critical services are provided by Biz Technology throughout the Southeast, including enterprise-grade IT implementation, custom software development, and management of IT services.
 
The relationship, according to Mike Chouffani, president of Biz Technology Solutions, demonstrates the business's ambition to offer more specialised services and have access to more knowledge. What is the end goal? being able to provide greater customer service.
 
"Time is money for our clients, and when something is not going well, we in the technology business need to have the ability to dispatch quickly no matter the client's location," said Chouffani. "Joining New Charter is a big plus for our clients in that regard."
 
Moreover, Chouffani and the Biz Tech team will have additional resources to spend on advancing technology, gaining access to the highest level of compliance, hiring talent more quickly, and scaling.
 
"We are technologists, and we want to focus on that," Chouffani adds. "New Charter will be an extension of us that will bolster our business, while simultaneously allowing us to preserve our company culture and our brand. Bottom line, this partnership will help accelerate our growth and really allow us to better serve our clients across the nation."
 
Mitch Morgan, the new CEO of Charter Technologies, is delighted to welcome Biz Technology Solutions to the company.
