The partnership was launched between Genpact, a global professional services company focused on delivering results that transform businesses, and Coca-Cola HBC, one of the leading Coca-Cola strategic bottlers, to accelerate the digital transformation of CCH's finance operations.
The partnership intends to accelerate CCH's transformation by pushing process standardisation and automation to deliver compelling customer experiences and equip CCH to utilise data that transforms insights into strategic actions. It does this by leveraging Genpact's extensive domain, process, and digital expertise.

With its analytics capabilities, Genpact's new delivery centre in Sofia, Bulgaria, will help CCH achieve operational excellence by providing useful data-driven insights in accounting, accounts payable, and cash collection. The multi-year contract is expected to fuel CCH's future growth and competitive edge.

Genpact will supply its Data-Tech-AI and Digital Operations services from its delivery centre in Sofia, Bulgaria.
