Cricket Australia Chooses HCLTech To Drive Digital transformation

Cricket Australia (CA), the sport's national governing body in Australia, has awarded a contract to HCLTech for the organization's upcoming digital transformation. Finances for the deal were not made public. Cricket Australia and HCLTech have partnered on digital transformation projects since 2019. In accordance with the most recent agreement, HCLTech will assist Cricket Australia in providing digital experiences to spectators, athletes, partners, staff members, and volunteers around the globe.
 
“Engagement with our fans and community is of the utmost importance for Cricket Australia. We are focused on keeping people engaged in the sport from the moment they first pick up a bat and ball or watch a game,” said Donald Elliott, general manager, Australian Cricket Technology.
 
For Cricket Australia Live and PlayCricket apps, the firm will add automation, analytics including the AI and ML, and DevOps.
