Heena Naithani joins Airtel Business as Head - Human ResourcesCommunications solutions major Bharti Airtel has appointed Heena Naithani as Head of HR - Airtel Business.

I’m looking forward to being part of this mission at Airtel Business,” said Heena Naithani, Head - HR, Airtel Business.

Naithani is an HR professional with over 14 years of experience in various HR sub-domains in Telecom, Projects and Financial industries. Before joining Airtel, she had been working with Citi India for over 10 years, most recently as Vice President - Human Resources. In this role, she supported businesses including Consumer Operations, Commercial Banking and Institutional Clients Group.

Earlier, Naithani had worked with Essar, wherein in her last role, she was a part of the Corporate HR team and responsible for Talent Acquisition across senior and middle levels for Telecom, Realty and Projects business of the Essar Group.

Naithani holds an MBA from Management Development Institute and an Economics Hons degree from Miranda House, University of Delhi.
