Tech behemoth Apple in its recent product event held on 15 September 2020 announced a slew of new gadgets and services that are set to be launched by the end of the month. With the said announcements, Apple has been grabbing headlines in the tech and business world across the globe.

Four New Variants of iPhone 12 Series
The month of September had always been a point of punctuation for Apple, and this year there is no difference to that. Apple is set to release four new variants of the most popular Apple iPhone 12 by the end of this month. The four possible variants are a 5.4-inch iPhone 12, a 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Max, a 6.1-inch iPhone 12 Pro, and a 6.7-inch iPhone 12 Pro Max.
The new models will be powered by Apple’s A14 Bionic chipset, OLED displays, improved camera, and 3D depth session technology as well.
As per recent reports, the four new models have already surfaced online for sales.
The new Apple iPad 8: An affordable yet powerful device
On Tuesday, Apple unveiled the eighth-generation iPad, featuring the powerful A12 Bionic chip, at an affordable starting price of Rs 29,900 for the Wi-Fi model, and Rs 41900 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular model.
The eighth-generation iPad with the A12 Bionic chip delivers a massive leap in performance, with 40 per cent faster CPU performance and twice the graphics capability. A12 Bionic introduces the Neural Engine for next-level machine learning capabilities, including people occlusion and motion tracking in augmented reality (AR) apps, enhanced photo editing, Siri performance, and much more.
Apart from the A12 Bionic, the iPad also supports Apple Pencil, LTE connectivity as well as Touch ID support. The new iPad 8 comes in silver, space grey, as well as gold finishes for both 32GB and 128GB configurations.
In addition to all the features, Apple also announced the release of iPadOS 14 software update available for all supported iPad models, including the new eighth-generation iPad.
Apple Watch SE: The next generation fitness watch
For Apple this September is not just about iPads and iPhones, after witnessing the success with its cheaper iPhone SE series, Apple has now launched Watch SE. The latest Apple Watch SE features the largest ever Apple watch display, fall detection, advanced fitness features, and Family Setup with watchOS 7 as well. All of this at an affordable price that starts at Rs 29,900 and Apple Watch SE (GPS+ Cellular) begins from Rs 33,900.
The latest Fitness Watch contains a stunning Retina display, with thin borders and curved corners, that is 30 per cent larger than Series 3. Apple Watch SE features the same accelerometer, gyroscope, and always-on altimeter as Apple Watch Series 6. Coupled with the latest motion sensors and microphone, it offers fall detection, Emergency SOS, international emergency calling services.
With Emergency SOS on Apple Watch, users can quickly call for help and alert emergency services with just a push of a button.
Apple One subscription offers all services under a single plan
Besides the launch of its new iPad and Watch Series, Apple in its product event held on Tuesday announced the launch of Apple One – an all in one Apple subscription model that include all Apple services such as Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, Apple News+, Apple Fitness+ and iCloud.
With a single subscription model, Apple users across 100 countries can enjoy their favourite Apple services in all devices, including iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Apple TV, and Mac. Starting this fall, customers with Apple subscriptions will be recommended Apple One plan for them so they can sign up with a tap from any Apple device.
Apple One includes a 30-day free trial for its new users. With this, the customer will receive one invoice each month, so they can easily change or cancel their Apple One plan at any time.
