Thus, this partnership enhances Brandworks' role in tech-driven manufacture ng and aligns with India’s vision to become a global hub for advanced electronics production.
It will bring in a lot of innovation, such as lithium-ion battery technologies, which have become a key energy source for consumer electronics, EVs, data centers, and power plants. Under this cooperation, Brandworks intends to leverage its in-house R&D strengths and its experience in Design for Manufacture and Assembly, in the light-weight, low-cost, high-performance batteries; in consonance with India's intent, along the lines of Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat campaigns, of self-sufficiency and technological sovereignty.
A few of the key projects envisaged includes research towards batteries with higher energy density, ultra-fast charging, and long life span. Another aim is localization of supply chains, reducing import dependency with the help of domestic component suppliers. Also, the initiative will adopt eco-friendly manufacturing processes to limit carbon footprints. The agreement also proposes to skill over 500 technicians in advanced battery assembling, agile production, and quality control by 2030.
Brandworks has a solid history in power bank manufacturing and has seen impressive growth, including a 101% increase in revenue year after year. The company's focus on AI-driven automation and R&D places Brandworks at the head of the next-gen battery tech.
“By integrating DFMA and Agile Manufacturing, we are not only accelerating product development but also ensuring that our lithium-ion solutions are both sustainable and globally competitive. Lithium-ion technology is pivotal to India’s energy future, and our expertise in scalable, hi-tech manufacturing will help democratize access to world-class battery solutions”, said Nikita Kumawat, Managing Director, Brandworks.
Established in 2017, Brandworks has become a leading electronics manufacturer in India with more than 40 revered home-gown electronics brands to boast.
