The North American affiliate of Infosys Public Services, with offices in Mississauga, Calgary, and Burnaby, has begun operations. Infosys Public Services Canada, Inc. is headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario.Public sector organizations across the nation, including federal agencies, provincial ministries, municipalities, and crown companies, will experience a faster digital transformation thanks to IPS Canada. According to reports, the arm will give Canadians access to IT skills and solutions for the delivery of government services.
This is the most recent step in a series of investments made by Infosys, which has increased its workforce to over 7,000 and pledged to reach 8,000 employees by 2024, according to the release. To find talent, the new business will collaborate with regional technical schools and universities.
For new and existing Federal, Ontario, and Manitoba government and crown corporation clients, IPS Canada will assist in modernizing public sector service delivery while enhancing the resilience of their core business systems and processes using digital and cloud solutions. The 10,000 square foot digital facility housing the IPS Canada headquarters is located in Ottawa. The facility is set up to enable the delivery of managed services that can abide by the security standards related to providing services to various levels of government.
