Smart Service Operations brings together the capability of Salesforce Service Cloud1, including Salesforce Field Service, with the LTIMindtree NxT Platform for clients in manufacturing, construction, transportation, mining, power & utilities, and other industries. The goal is to address certain common industry concerns such as worker safety and skills, increase operational efficiency, and analyze difficult-to-capture and complicated data, as well as proactive asset maintenance employing AI and edge processing capabilities. It also opens up endless possibilities for solving other connected problems and bridging the human experience divide.
