Aparna Gupta has been named as the
Global Delivery Center (GDC) leader, which is part of the Industry Solutions Delivery and the larger Microsoft Customer and
Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organization. According to the business, Gupta will manage
customer innovation and delivery excellence, cloud growth acceleration with top-tier talent, industry expertise, and partner ecosystem in her new role as GDC leader.
Established in Hyderabad in 2005, the Global Delivery Center (GDC) is the delivery arm of Industry Solutions Delivery and has since scaled to two more locations - Bangalore and Noida, along with a worldwide presence, as per business standard.
The GDC combines architects, consultants, and project managers together to provide best-in-class delivery solutions to customers all over the world.

GDC has four Centres of Excellence (CoE) in
Apps Innovation,
Data & AI, Infrastructure & Security, and Business Applications, as well as roles such as Partner & Delivery Management and Adoption Management. They provide a solid foundation of undeniable
technical excellence and effective delivery management, with the same goal of offering revolutionary solutions to consumers globally.
