The proposed two-wheeler electric vehicle manufacturing plant of Ola will be an incorporated establishment. There will be two supplier parks at the plant. Ola will urge suppliers to set up shops near the plant. The foremost product from Ola Electric will be rolled off during the summer of 2021. The product is a prototype and has been assembled. The product has been tested extensively.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has frequently pitched for the use of electric vehicles(EV). PM Modi had said that his government would launch a policy to enhance production and exhort the use of EVs.
