Big data analytics firm Presight AI Holding, a subsidiary of UAE's G42, has marked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Dell to speed up digital transformation and development across different areas in the Middle East by integrating of innovation and big data analytics.

 

As per the MoU, the two organizations will team up on the turn of development and deployment of Smart City solutions, as indicated by a bourse filing. These arrangements are set to consolidate green advances and fluid cooling frameworks, pointed toward lessening ecological effects while improving efficiency.

 

Presight and Dell will cooperatively lead the advancement of AI products through creative innovative work drives. The organization will empower the launch of studios and training programmes to develop a capable labor force and improve personal satisfaction by integrating cutting edge AI applications. In the main quarter (Q1) of 2024, Presight AI Holding revealed a merged net benefit of AED 95.94 million, up from AED 72.40 million in the relative time of 2023.
