Scurri, a delivery management platform, declared the acquisition of HelloDone, the UK-based, market-driving AI Platform which gives conversational artificial intelligence solutions for retailers and brands. 
 
HelloDone's industry-driving conversational AI solution answers post-buy customer questions on advanced informing channels, including WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger. This empowers retailers to computerize responses to customer questions through artificial intelligence chat, offering successful and prompt goals of user needs at scale to convey improved delivery experiences and customer service. HelloDone's solution firmly supplements Scurri's proposition and will increase its carrier management and post-buy arrangements currently accessible to driving ecommerce brands and retailers.
 
The acquisition will see the HelloDone group join Scurri, adding rich, expert AI expertise to Scurri's current item and engineering functions to speed up item advancement. Scurri will acquire all innovation, brand names, licensed innovation and clients. This acquisition is being accomplished through a rebuilding by move game plan.
