Syntax To Acquire Beyond Technologies

Syntax Systems, a major worldwide technology solutions and services provider for cloud application development and administration, announced today its intention to acquire Beyond Technologies and its subsidiaries, located in Montréal. Beyond is a professional services organization based in Canada, the United States, France, Morocco, and South Africa that specializes in SAP® solution integration and business performance improvement.

Industry specialization in the mid-market is a particular focus for both Syntax and Beyond Technologies. Both companies offer complementary industry-focused solutions for manufacturing, as well as natural resources that further capabilities in this space, as per Syntax.
