TCS Ramps up Employee Training with Microsoft Azure Joint Partnership

To assist clients in their journey toward generative AI, Tata Consultancy Services has made plans to expand the scope of its Azure Open AI expertise. On the Microsoft Cloud, the Tata Group company debuted its new Generative AI corporate adoption service. According to reports, TCS Microsoft Business Unit (MBU) also intends to train and certify 25,000 colleagues on Azure Open AI to aid clients in hastening the deployment of the cutting-edge technology. 
 
Generative AI enterprise adoption offering uses a proprietary transformation framework to bring together TCS’ knowledge and expertise in Azure Open AI service to help clients enhance customer experience, launch new business models, grow revenue, and enhance productivity. "Using this framework, TCS and client teams will jointly ideate on AI-led solutions to their most pressing business problems, develop proofs of concept on Azure Open AI, create solution roadmaps, gather stakeholder feedback, train the models, build sufficiently strong guardrails and deploy the solutions," the release added.
 
At TCS Pace Ports, their innovation and research hubs situated in New York, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Amsterdam, and Tokyo, co-innovation can be conducted. The teams can also take advantage of the work being done at these locations by university researchers and startup partners from TCS' innovation ecosystem. Additionally, TCS will support clients in accelerating software development and increasing developer productivity by providing setup and rollout services for Github Copilot, a generative AI tool based on the language models of Azure OpenAI that enables programmers to write code more quickly and efficiently.
