2.      First, you have to open the official website www.gst.gov.in.

3.      Here you have to put your login credentials like username, a password which you used during registration. After this, click on "Login" to log inside this website.

4.      After login, you need to go to the "Services" tab and select the "User Services." From here, you need to scroll down to the "View/ Download Certificate" option.

5.      Now, You can click on the "Download" button. This will open a new window, and your device screen and your GST certificate will be displayed. Now you can download the certificate.

The format of the GST certificate

The GST certificate is inside the GST REG-06 form, which comes with three players. The wheel certificate offers details of the business and the business holder. On the first page, there are details related to the main business site, which are-

●  The GSTN of the business holder

●  Their legal name

●  Name of the business or Trade name

●  Constitution of the business

●  The address of the main business site

●  The type of registration

●  The validity period of the GST certificate

●  Date of issuing the certificate

●  Details of the authority approving the certificate

The second page of this certificate is annexure-A. It contains all the details of the business holder. If it is a sole proprietor business, the certificate will have only the details of one person. If it is a partnership business, then it will contain the details of all the partners.

The last page is Annexure-B which contains the individual details of the person like GSTIN, their name, business status, their residence, and their photo.
