Decisiv Inc., a company specializing in Service Relationship Management (SRM) solutions, announced a partnership with Wabash. The trailer manufacturer will use Decisiv’s service management technology to support dealer growth and enhance trailer service management technology.
O’Brien highlighted Decisiv’s integration with leading Dealer Management Systems (DMS), facilitating dealers’ ability to send SRM data to their DMS. This integration helps onboard dealers faster without limiting their choice of vendors, the companies noted.
The collaboration between Wabash and Decisiv brings SRM capabilities like tracking and scheduling preventive maintenance, managing service data, and more, directly to Wabash fleet customers. Future integrations aim to include parts ordering.
