Wondrlab Acquires Majority Stake in GenAI Firm, BigStep Technologies

Wondrlab, India's leading platform-focused martech network, has acquired a majority stake in BigStep Technologies, a specialist in Generative AI and Cloud-Native Tailored Software Solutions. This marks Wondrlab's seventh acquisition overall and its second within the technology sector, enhancing the network's strengths in advanced AI for scalable, impactful cloud-native custom software and commerce solutions.

Founded by Vidit Paliwal and Niranjan Mangal in 2008, BigStep Technologies has provided more than 700 apps and solutions to over 500 clients across the globe. It has established a reputation for delivering innovative enterprise solutions designed to address the requirements of contemporary businesses across various sectors.

BigStep Technologies excels in Product Engineering, Data & AI, Cloud & DevOps, as well as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Several of their major initiatives involve developing creative solutions for Media and Entertainment, PropTech, SaaS Products, Healthcare, Gaming, and BFSI, improving efficiency, engagement, and customer expansion.

This collaboration provides BigStep with access to Wondrlab’s vast network and an entry point to European markets via its hub in Poland.
