Singapore-based technology company Azentio Software has announced a strategic partnership with Regula, a global developer of forensic equipment and IDV solutions. This partnership allows Azentio to leverage Regula's expertise in identity verification, thereby enhancing its ability to seamlessly integrate IDV into its digital enablement solutions. Two Regulaand solutions, Regula Document Reader SDK and Regula Face SDK, will be integrated into the Azentio ONEBanking and Azentio ONECapitalMarkets platforms.
 
With a complete identity verification flow, Regula Document Reader SDK will ensure automated and secure identity proofing, while Regula Face SDK will instantly perform biometric verification including liveness detection and face matching within a single interaction. These technologies will equip Azentio's clients with instant and fraud-free ID verification, adding confidence, efficiency, and security to their operational processes, as per Azentio Software.
 
The Regular Document Reader SDK enables comprehensive authentication of identity documents as part of a larger KYC procedure. In remote access scenarios, the solution immediately captures the accompanying pass, automatically detects its type, reads and cross-validates visual zone, MRZ, barcode and RFID chip information to ensure there are no conflicts, and performs comprehensive authentication checks for all security, the feature detects any changes that may indicate fraud. Powered by Regula's own document template database, the most comprehensive in the world, containing more than 13,000 templates from 247 countries and regions. The Regular Document Reader SDK can scan almost any ID, regardless of its type or country of origin.
