Celonis and Tech Mahindra fortify their global partnership to bolster process excellence initiatives

The strategic Global Platinum Partnership Program between Tech Mahindra, a top provider of digital transformation, consulting, and business re-engineering services and solutions, and Celonis, the world leader in execution management, has strengthened their cooperation.
 
Together, Tech Mahindra and Celonis will support clients in streamlining their operational procedures to hasten change, lower expenses, and increase profitability. By utilising the Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) and Tech Mahindra's worldwide capabilities and domain experience to support process excellence projects for customers, the new platinum collaboration will further capitalise on both businesses' strengths. Tech Mahindra has extensive industry knowledge in a variety of sectors, including telecom, financial services, manufacturing, oil & gas, retail, and consumer packaged goods.
 
As part of the collaboration, Tech Mahindra will make even more use of Celonis' industry-leading process mining and execution management capabilities to enhance the value of the business processes of their clients, make a difference across enterprise projects, and scale multi-tower large enterprise opportunities. These initiatives cover a variety of fields, including BPO, infrastructure management, testing, application development, and upkeep.

In order to accelerate the adoption of the Celonis EMS across its clients, Tech Mahindra has also created an internal Celonis Center of Excellence (CoE). Now, the CoE has over 200 process mining and execution management specialists that are accelerating digitization for businesses across the US and Europe through data-led execution.

The Frictionless Contact Center also detects opportunities for automation and revenue optimization, and enables data-driven decisions that enhance customer experience. The advertising-process-optimizer/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">Advertising Process Optimizer app improves process standardization, identifies revenue leakages, and determines improvement opportunities in advertising processes.
 
In addition to offering industry blueprints for various functional areas and significant capabilities such as change management, technology and process management, business analytics, and reporting, Tech Mahindra and Celonis will improve human-centric experiences for enterprises. Rapid-start programme templates for onboarding, training, and AI-driven field coaching are some of the options that the alliance will offer.
