Cheetah Mobile's Piano Tiles 2 Awarded Best Game of 2015 by Google Play in 13 Countries

Piano Tiles 2, Cheetah Mobile’s popular mobile game, was selected in Google Play Store’s Best of 2015 as one of the top games in 13 countries, including India, Indonesia, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Australia, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan. This list is curated by Google every year and includes selections across apps, games and entertainment.

According to the latest numbers from mobile analytics platform App Annie, Piano Tiles 2 is one of the top 3 games in India in the Arcade subcategory for Games. It is also popular in United States, South Asia and South East Asia with more than 1 million ratings and 10 -50 million downloads. In September of 2015, Piano Tiles 2 reached the #5 spot for free games worldwide. Over a million Google Play users have rated Piano Tiles 2 5-stars, resulting in an average rating of 4.6 stars for the app. An increasing number of users have shared their top scores, especially after the video of Piano Tiles 2 from YouTube's biggest star, PewDiePie.

The original, Piano Tiles (Don't Tap the White Tile) reached massive success with over 300 million total downloads. Piano Tiles 2 stays faithful to the magic of the previous version while also adding competitive Hall mode, an improved design, and a nearly endless amount of new songs, including original tunes and classic favourites. In addition to this, Cheetah Mobile’s product team is currently working on collaborating with Indian local musicians. Once they get the copyrights of their songs, Indian music will be added to the list of songs on Piano Tiles 2. The product team is also working on creating new ways to engage players in India by increasing the social elements of this game to make it more interactive.
