Genpact, an information technology firm, introduced an Artificial Intelligence Innovation Centre in Gurugram. The center is a 'launchpad for innovation' that will empower the ability to learn, trial, and construct all-encompassing, AI-focused solutions for Genpact's worldwide clients, the organization added.

In addition, it will assist in democratizing AI access and provide Genpact experts and customers with a dedicated space to investigate ways to reimagine their businesses with innovative concepts, capabilities, and solutions.

Genpact chief HR officer and country manager - India, Piyush Mehta, told sources, “What we are doing is we are bringing employees in to look at challenges which our clients are facing, and collaborate, experiment and act with agility to create solutions for clients.”

He stated that India is a strategic talent source for the company. Genpact has more than 50 generative AI use cases in testing and 30 geAI arrangements underway with clients—either sent or going live.

“The work we do today will transform how work gets done tomorrow,” Mehta said in the statement. “By fostering a culture of learning, experimentation, and using the best of our partner ecosystem, we’re empowering our employees to become co-creators alongside AI. We believe data, technology, and AI, as well as our talent, are key to driving unparalleled outcomes for our clients, and with this AI Innovation Centre, we’re not just embracing the future, we’re shaping it together.”

The firm opened a similar center in London last year and plans to open more. According to the statement, the center will also give the company's clients greater access to Genpact's extensive business knowledge through partnerships with leading businesses, such as Fortune Global 500 clients, as well as its employees' data, technology, and AI expertise.
