Gotion High-tech agreed strategic cooperation Deal with Siemens Digital Industrial Software and BASF. While BASF is a major global provider of chemicals and minerals, Siemens is a leader in the field of digital industrial software. The contract signings with Siemens and BASF are crucial partnerships for Gotion in the development of an energy science system based on materials science and digital science, according to Mr. Li Zhen, the chairman of Gotion.
 
In accordance with their agreement, Gotion High-tech and Siemens will work together to develop a closed-loop digital R&D, manufacturing, and management platform using AI industrial control system technologies. The objective is to generate a new engine for Gotion High-Tech's digital transformation, construction, and development, building on Siemens' innovative and digital solutions.
 
This collaboration will fortify Gotion's base in intelligent manufacturing and open the door for further digital growth.
 
Through their respective strong core technologies, Gotion High-tech and BASF will collaborate even more to jointly develop and promote the use of pertinent chemical materials in the field of batteries. This will build on their already successful alliance.
