Customers will be able to improve company agility and respond faster to market dynamics by leveraging Tecnotree Sensa hyper-personalization to humanize experiences and empower the customer journey lifecycle.
Tecnotree's flagship digital BSS stack with AIML capacities is 5G-ready and compliant with TM Forum Open API standards, allowing for the rapid development and deployment of new services to satisfy market demand. The collaborative solutions from Tecnotree and HCLTech will effortlessly interact with CSPs' existing systems while also transforming their BSS with unique features.
