HCLTech Inks Professional Services Deal with Cloud Software Group

To assist in the implementation, upgrade, modernization, and provision of services for its TIBCO solutions for enterprise customers around the world, HCLTech, the third-largest provider of IT services in the nation, recently announced an exclusive deal with Cloud Software Group.   
 
The business created following the completion of the Citrix take-private transaction and associated merger with TIBCO is known as Cloud Software Group. Through its principal brands, such as TIBCO, Citrix, NetScaler, Spotfire, XenServer, ShareFile, and Jaspersoft, it offers businesses mission-critical software. TIBCO Software, a division of Cloud Software Group, offers real-time data to help users make quicker, more informed decisions.  
 
Around 400 professional services staff members from Cloud Software Group who are knowledgeable about TIBCO products will transfer to HCLTech as part of the agreement, bringing their domain experience to support ongoing client relationships and expand HCLTech's current TIBCO Centre of Excellence.
