Tech Firm Infobip Collaborates with BloomsyBox and Master of Code For Digital Card Delivery

The conversational AI company Master of Code Global and the sustainable flower delivery service BloomsyBox have joined forces with Infobip, a global communications company that reaches more than 70% of mobile phones worldwide, to create a special generative AI experience just in time for Mother's Day. 
 
The activation gives users the chance to win a gorgeous arrangement of flowers worth $50 USD while interacting with a specially trained chatbot that creates personalised cards for mum on her special day using a technique similar to ChatGPT.
 
Users will be asked five questions each day to keep them interested in the experience, and the first 150 users who properly respond to all of the questions will win a free bouquet. A coupon voucher for a discount on a bouquet purchase will be given to customers who do not win a bouquet.

This activation is the first time "Decision Based Intelligence" (DBI) will be used for an e-commerce oriented experience as well as one of the first instances ChatGPT-like technology has been deployed by a brand to engage its consumers. By hiring and training AI chatbots to represent a brand to maximise safety and control, DBI, a concept developed by Infobip, delivers safety and control in the AI domain.
