Tecnotree and MiFibra Partner To Transform its Operations Support Systems

Tecnotree has formed a partnership with MiFibra to modernize its Operations Support Systems and revamp Fulfillment and Assurance processes, collaborating with a prominent broadband provider in Peru. The MiFibra's strategic collaboration enables them to maximize their FTTH network's potential, providing advantages like automated feasibility, provisioning, and maintenance of services, eliminating manual task complexities and delays, while ensuring QoS and QoE. 
 
The partnership's outcomes will enable MiFibra to speed up the expansion of its customer pool, boost customer contentment, and reinforce its market position. It will also make TMForum's open APIs for service qualification and activation accessible, allowing smooth integration and compatibility with different protocols and network elements.
 
MiFibra will have the capability to maximize the capacity and usage of its network infrastructure, and by effectively managing resources, it will achieve operational excellence.
