Leading artificial intelligence (AI) business Flapmax recently established a strategic alliance with Intel, the world's leading provider of technology, to promote AI innovation and promote economic empowerment in Africa. Through the FAST Accelerator program, the partnership will give entrepreneurs in emerging countries, starting with Africa, access to technology as well as training, mentoring, and investment options. FAST is intended to promote startups developing cloud-based and AI-enabled goods and services that benefit organizations, businesses, and governments.
"Flapmax has been working with Intel to develop sustainable digital solutions that readily expand AI accessibility in underserved communities, and we are excited to build on our momentum with the FAST Accelerator program," said Dr. Dave Ojika, Founder and CEO of Flapmax. "Bridging the knowledge gap in technological advancement is key to creating meaningful social impact. Through this partnership with Intel, Flapmax will bring cutting-edge technology and advanced curricula, including generative AI, robotics, and deep tech, to innovators in Africa and other technologically underserved communities."
FAST Accelerator, developed by Flapmax in collaboration with Microsoft, offers chances for company development, AI integration, investment, and community building to help entrepreneurs scale more quickly and sustainably. For the first program, more than 800 entrepreneurs from more than 25 countries applied. Application to the FAST Accelerator program for this year is encouraged from startup executives. The best startups will take part in a stimulating five-week program in Silicon Valley, California, where they will connect with business leaders, possible investors, and international partners through Flapmax's thriving network of over 600 corporate partners.
