The leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance service provider in India and the cloud giant Akamai Technologies today announced a partnership to bolster Zolvit's cloud infrastructure. Zolvit is a legal technology start-up. With the use of Akamai Cloud Computing and its storage capabilities, Zolvit will be able to combine all of its infrastructure into a single cloud provider. Due to complexity, managing customer experience, pricing, and maintenance requirements, Zolvit was finding it increasingly challenging to manage their cloud architecture across many cloud providers. They will be able to reduce their IT costs by close to 30% as a result.

Each day, Zolvit serves 5,000+ different customers, manages 60M+ cases for their LIBRA litigation management SaaS platform, and hosts over 10,000 MSMEs on Dash, their integrated accounting and GST platform.

The ever-rising operational costs and complexity of on-premises technology have pushed for quick adoption of cloud computing platforms across verticals, according to Mitesh Jain, Country Manager at Akamai. For a variety of reasons, including competitive price, distributing risks and data loss, the need for improved support, and avoiding vendor lock-in, many firms are reevaluating their cloud possibilities.

"Zolvit is the leading legal services platform in India, and we are thrilled to partner with them to offer straightforward, reasonably priced cloud services with outlying locations. We'll keep collaborating and look for further ways to improve the functionality and security for Zolvit's end consumers.

Zolvit will be able to power, scale, and accelerate workloads and applications securely around the world thanks to the open tools, documentation, and live support provided by Akamai Cloud Computing, which will make onboarding easier and reduce deployment time. To improve the user experience for its customers, Zolvit will utilise storage know-how from Akamai and the cloud computing services offered by Akamai. They want to build a platform that is far more solution-focused than just providing legal services.

The production workloads of Zolvit are now being migrated to the Akamai Cloud Computing platform, while the development, quality assurance, and staging workloads have already been relocated there. They have already noticed improved performance delivery per dollar, which means that developers worked harder to make sure the proper amount of resources are being used for the necessary workloads while also being more productive in deployment and staging environments.

Commenting on the partnership One of the major projects we started during Q2 of 22–23 was to unify our infrastructure for better administration, flexibility, and cost savings, according to Rajkumar Ganapathy, CTO of Zolvit. Because of their straightforward, accessible, and economical infrastructure and outstanding customer service, Linode, Akamai Cloud Computing was our top pick when we were seeking for a single cloud provider that met all of our requirements.

Akamai announced an agreement to buy Linode earlier this year for for $900 million. Businesses will have access to a widely spread platform for developing, deploying, and securing apps thanks to Linode's developer-friendly cloud computing capabilities and Akamai's cutting-edge platform and security services. By the end of 2023, Akamai will have around 12 new Linode data centres spread across North America, APAC, LATAM, and Europe.
