On the recently unveiled Microsoft Cloud for manufacturing, Tata Consultancy Services said that it has launched a TCS Neural Manufacturing suite of solutions. With the help of operational visibility, data integration, and digital collaboration, the cloud unites numerous Microsoft technologies that are connected by a common data model to create sustainability and robustness.
Products like intelligent energy, cognitive plant operations adviser, and digital manufacturing solutions are part of the TCS Neural Manufacturing suite of solutions. At Hannover Messe 2023 in Germany, TCS and Microsoft presented these solutions, showcasing how manufacturers can develop boundaryless business models, seamless consumer experiences, and optimized value chains.
“With Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing, we are bringing together our deep expertise and industry-leading portfolio of industrial IoT and engineering solutions in the TCS Neural Manufacturing suite to help our customers future-proof their manufacturing operations and drive competitive differentiation,” said Sreenivasa Chakravarti, global head, IoT and digital engineering, TCS.
With 50,000 Microsoft-certified professionals, TCS' Microsoft Business Unit (MBU) works with clients on a global scale to accelerate their cloud transformation path.
“Manufacturing transformation is being accelerated by connected solutions like TCS Neural Manufacturing solutions integrated with the Microsoft Cloud for Manufacturing and utilising edge compute, 5G, cloud and AI capabilities. Azure services bring simplicity to deliver and manage the solution at scale,” said Dominik Wee, corporate vice president, manufacturing and mobility industry, Microsoft.
